Welcome to Resident Pro ("App", "we", "us", or "our"), a mobile application developed and operated by SyberEdge, a software company based in Pakistan.

Resident Pro is a utility bill tracking application that allows users to view their utility bills history, current bills, and monthly bill breakups. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information in connection with your use of the App.

Information We Do Not Collect

Resident Pro is designed with your privacy in mind. We do not collect, store, or process any personal information from our users. Specifically, we do not collect:

Your name, email address, phone number, or other contact details
Financial account information, payment card details, or banking credentials
Precise geolocation data
Device contacts, camera, or photo gallery data
Any information that directly identifies you as an individual

Children's Privacy

Resident Pro is made available to users of all ages, including users under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any personal information from any user, including children, and we do not use the third-party advertising or retargeting tools described in Section 9 (Third-Party Services) for users known to be under the age of 13. Because we do not collect personal information from children, we are compliant with applicable children's online privacy laws such as COPPA (Children's Online Privacy Protection Act).

Parents and guardians are encouraged to supervise their children's use of the App. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a child, please contact us immediately at www.SyberEdge.com, and we will promptly delete it.

Tracking Technologies & Analytics

We use certain tracking technologies to understand how users interact with our App and to improve our services. These include:

4.1 Analytics

We use digital analytics software (such as Google Analytics or equivalent) to measure app traffic and usage patterns. The analytics data collected is aggregated and does not personally identify individual users.
